It's a pretty cool effect to use color shifting in your images to give it just a bit more style. With the use of gels and playing with the white balance settings on the camera, you can really have a lot of fun. Here I made the sky look even more blue, while maintaining a nice warm light on my sons face from my off-camera flash. By controlling the shutter speed manually, I was able to darken down the ambient light a couple of stops to make it pop a bit more.
