I am happy to be one of the newest member of Long Island Photo Gallery. LIPG is a group of Long Island Photographers of all skill levels that come together to show off their different styles and offer insight and reasons for their own vision. They are currently 16 members strong and growing. The group gets together for photo expeditions and critique sessions which is a rewarding experience to hear other peoples opinion of your work.
All photos on Long Island Photo Gallery are available for sale to the public. LIPG gives Long Island Photographers the opportunity to sell their work along side other photographers and is a nice compliment when someone is interested enough to pay for your images. As an event photographer, I still enjoy taking landscape images that I can actually frame and hang in my own home.
LIPG will be present at the 35th Annual West Islip County Fair on September 26, 2010 located at West Islip Library Grounds, Corner of Higbie Lane and Montauk Hwy.
